Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver you the perfect jewels safely. The products are carefully bubble wrapped and placed in a plastic/cardboard container and shipped in mailer envelopes to avoid any damage during transit.
After the safe packaging of the ordered product, it will be shipped with one of our trusted delivery partner. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.
For any issues faced or assistance required with the delivery of your order, kindly contact our customer support. In case you suspect that the package may have tampered before the delivery, you may reject it at the time of delivery.
ORDER DISPATCH
Our Nithilah orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 working hours. We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays .You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.
ORDER TRACKING
Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and ID with which you can track your order
ORDER DELIVERY
Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 3-5 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.

SHIPPING CHARGES
We provide FREE SHIPPING on order value above ₹1999. If the order value is below ₹1999 customer directly pays the shipping charges which are calculated at the check out .
Express Delivery is available for an additional cost for prepaid orders if you want your order sooner. (2-3 days for express delivery)
You will be charged an additional Rs.100 as a cash handling fee if you choose the COD option. COD charges depend on location and total order value. COD orders do not qualify for Express Delivery.
