Returns:

Returns are only available for manufacturing issues, according to business policy. In such a circumstance, the customers must notify us by email at support@nithilah.com within 24 hours of delivery. Customers will receive a credit note or replacement once their eligibility has been verified. There will be no refund to your bank account.

Exchange:

  We will NOT accept returns/exchange for the below reasons

  • There might be slight variations in the color tone of the actual product with respect to the images on the website as these are digital photography and depend on the monitor settings of each device.
  • Semi precious and precious jewellery are made by hand and may have slight irregularities in designs that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process. This will not be considered a defect for exchange/refund.
  • If the jewellery’s physical look & feel doesn’t suit your liking.
  • If the jewel is too heavy to wear or looks big.
  • If the size of the jewel is not what you expected.
  • Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage.
  • Under rare circumstances, the jewellery beads or stones may have fallen during transit. Such things which can be easily fixed with fabric glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.
  • Bangles size chart is always available on every bangle product page. Please measure your size before you make a purchase if you are unsure of the size. We do not provide refunds for any wrong size orders placed
  • Kindly ensure you are fully aware of the product details before you place an order. If you want any further details kindly write to us via email support@nithilah.com or whatsapp us at 9498349905. We can show you the live videos of the product. Once the agreed product is received by you in good condition the personal liking or sizing or non-suitability towards a product is not acceptable for Return or Exchange
  • We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers but we ship across 80+ countries and are extremely responsible with packaging
If in any case, your claim does not fall under any of the above conditions, like product damage in transit or wrong bangle size, here is the procedure for Exchange.
  • Only unworn, unused, uncleansed, undamaged items in their original packaging, with all labels and tags intact, are valid for exchange
  • Notify us by email at support@nithilah.com within 24 hours of delivery.Once our team approves it, we'll start the reverse pickup from our end.
  • We will dispatch the new item within the 2 to 5 working days only after we have received the exchange item and examined it.
  • In case of exchange the customer is responsible to pay the shipping/COD cost to and from as charged by our delivery partner.
  • If the product you want isn't available, you can request a credit note.
Cancellation Policy:
  • The order can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing it and not anytime later as we start processing it. Cancellation charges from the payment gateway will be debited for forward and reverse transactions. You can Email us on support@nithilah.com with your order number to cancel.
  • For shipped order delays caused by delay in shipment delivery due to Courier Company or external factors like rains, pandemic restrictions or lockdown cannot be cancelled.
*Due to hygiene reasons Naths (Nose Pin) and Toe Rings are not Returnable
