How do I know whether my order has been confirmed?
Once the payment has been made successfully, you will receive an confirmation mail with the order ID to your registered e-mail address.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days (Excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). In case, if you require your order to be shipped early, send us details by e-mail with your Order ID & we will try to accommodate your requests.
How will I know the status of my shipment?

What are the jewelleries made of?
All the imitation jewels in our website are made with base of alloy/brass/copper/iron coated with matt/imitation golden colour. None of them are real silver or real gold.
Is there any Guarantee/Warranty for the products?
No. There is no explicit guarantee/ warranty. But we promise to deliver premium quality jewellery to you.
What if a product I want to buy is Sold Out?

We fulfil our website orders from our warehouse. You are free to visit our warehouse to check all the designs in person.
Do you undertake bulk orders?
If the order has more than 6 quantities of same product, it is considered as bulk. If the requested items are not available in desired quantities, we can source/get them made for you in 15 days.
